点评：We had an absolutely amazing experience at Daytona Go Karting! From start to finish, the staff were outstanding and incredibly patient. It all began with a phone call to Alex, who took the time to clearly explain the booking process and answer all of my questions with great care. His professionalism and friendly attitude set the tone for the entire visit. I explained my son has autism and will need extra patience and Alex was very supportive and reassuring and described all the ways they could help.
Once we arrived, the man who handled the safety demo was equally impressive. His patience and calm demeanor helped ease any nervousness we had, especially for my child, who took much longer than all the other children to put his helmet on as this was a huge trigger for him.
The support continued with the amazing Monty on the track. I cannot thank him enough for the way he took care of my son, he gave him the space and guidance to enjoy the experience fully, with a complete understanding of how my son needed to be communicated with. His demeanour was superior to many experienced staff in my son’s previous mainstream school! Very very impressive!!
This was more than just a fun day of go-karting—it was a positive, memorable experience that meant so much to us. We will definitely be back, and I highly recommend Daytona Go Karting to anyone, especially families with children who may need a little extra care and patience. Thank you, Daytona team, for going above and beyond!
