点评：As always, visiting the Shumi Winery Estate is an absolute highlight of our time in Georgia. Every time we come here, we’re reminded just how special this place is. The warm hospitality makes you feel truly welcome from the moment you arrive, and the staff go out of their way to ensure you have a wonderful experience.
The wines are exceptional—rich in tradition and full of character. We love tasting the different varieties and learning about the unique Georgian winemaking techniques. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and happy to share stories about the history and culture of Georgian wine, which really adds to the experience.
The estate itself is beautiful, with lovely views, well-maintained grounds, and a charming tasting room. It’s a perfect spot to relax and soak in the atmosphere. We also appreciate how much care is taken to make the visit educational without ever feeling rushed or commercial.
We always leave with great memories (and great wine!), and we can’t wait to come back again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Georgia who wants to experience the very best the country has to offer in terms of wine, hospitality, and cultural heritage.
