Like Colin Montgomery himself... Really annoying

点评：Played the Montgomery course with my brother last week. Had high expectations considering this is the home of Golf Ireland and it's top 100 ranking. We arrived at the first 15 minutes before our tee time to see a corporate group was still waiting. We went back to to the putting green and ended up teeing off half an hour after our booked time.
I personally didn't enjoy the course, I found the holes quite samey, apart from the final 3 holes which offer some bit of variety. The greens were quick and on great condition, fairways were good as well the tee boxes but the bunkers were unplayable, hard, lots of grass growing in them. You can't avoid the bunkers either as they're everywhere.
Overall disappointed with the course, the lack of acknowledgement of the delay. Would have no interest in playing it again but have better things about the O'Meara. We played New Forest the following day for €30 in their open, arguably better, faster greens, superb course, really enjoyed the layout, will be back for sure.
