Such a disappointment!
Golf at The K Club的点评
点评：The course is terrific and in great shape. I wish there were more yardage markers as I did not bring my rangefinder.
In typical Irish fashion, there was sunshine, winds gusting to over 50 mph, and periods of heavy rain. I have no problem with any of that.
We had a massive issue with the cart however. It stopped working on the 14th fairway and we were stranded. The weather was terrible at this point and we had no way to protect ourselves from the driving rain and thunder. It took many calls to the main number and the clubhouse plus almost an hour to bring us a replacement cart. Then, we were behind many slow players to finish our round.
When we did it back, we went to the clubhouse to request a refund on the cart for our issues. The manager was not available and we were left to email this request.
To this writing, we have not heard from the manager. This is very disappointing with the reputation of such a fine venue. I was expecting more from a tour location!
I would find other places to play in Ireland where they are more likely to cater to the needs of the golfing public.
