Settle on Staff, stop the turnover
路特尔斯顿城堡高尔夫俱乐部的点评
点评：I visit the golf course at Luttrellstown on a regular / weekly basis and I have to say that the reason for this is the staff, attention to detail and level of customer service.
I attended on the Saturday of Easter weekend 2024 and I was severely disappointed.
The manager of the afternoon / evening should be NOT be a manager.
I have seen many a good few staff and managers and have been sad to see them go.
Something is wrong here, especially on this night during the middle of Easter.
Things that should be done back of house was done by the manager herself front of house. We thought that our eardrums would burst. Another couple also complained.
Marko and Jakob are superb at their jobs and know customer service.
They where not here on this night and the manager ruined our night.
There was no respect, to the customer nor to the staff.
I do not expect this at such an establishment.
I stress that I do prefer this establishment, but they failed on multiple levels on this day.
