Abysmal organisation at BMW Championship at Wentworth Golf Club

点评：The golf at the BMW Championship was absolutely excellent, as expected from such a high-profile event. However, the experience was completely overshadowed by the shocking organisation and poor facilities.
The ticket prices were steep, but what made things worse was the complete lack of working WiFi and a decent telephone signal. Although WiFi was available, it never worked properly, leaving us disconnected from the event in front of us and frustrated throughout the day.
The stewards at the 18th hole blocked the view of the spectators during the crucial playoff, standing with their backs turned as they watched the action unfold. It was frustrating and completely ruined what should have been the most exciting part of the tournament.
The park and ride system was an absolute disaster. We spent over an hour queuing for a bus back to the car park, only to be met with even more chaos. We were stuck for another hour trying to get out of the car park because there was zero organisation, and the staff had no idea what they were doing. They allowed aggressive drivers to push ahead, while those who had been patiently waiting were penalised. It was appalling, and the entire parking process was a nightmare.
To make matters worse, we were delayed even further by the incompetent staff who couldn’t manage a basic one-way crowd system. We were stuck queuing for 40 minutes just to reach the hour-long park and ride queue, making the end of the day unbearable.
The overall organisation of this event was abysmal. I WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST ATTENDING THIS TOURNAMENT IN THE FUTURE. If you have three hours to waste queuing under the direction of clueless staff, then by all means, go ahead. But for everyone else, I’d recommend staying home and watching it on TV. You’ll have a far better experience!
