Little Aston Golf Club的点评
点评：Not so little Little Aston - actually big in just about everything including their warm welcome. I had the pleasure on Tuesday of a light lunch and 18 holes with friends followed by a great evening meal. The Club is traditional. A jacket and tie is required in the Dining Room - but I quite like golf, a pint on the terrace, a proper shower and change into fresh clothes before an after golf meal and chat over Dinner. And more importantly the course is delightful if quite challenging. It has a lovely variety of great holes both short and long and the bunkers and greens were in A1 condition. Beyond that, and perhaps most importantly, the Members and Staff were lovely and really welcoming. And to top the experience I holed an unlikely 30 plus yard putt on the devilish putting green to a round of applause from a good number of the England Cricket Team who were sitting on the terrace before playing themselves in their warmup for Edgbaston. I am never going to get that reaction to a drive and a six (save on a golf course) is never going to happen. So what a brilliant day with friends!!!!
