Terrible Loud Music from room directly above the Bar

点评：I attended a small conference with 60 like-minded colleagues; we were not there for the Golf
I am 77 and was allocated a room in the Ballesteros wing and was surprised to be told that this was the only wing without a lift; thankfully, a person took my bags up to the first floor for me. The room was ok, with a nice small double bed which was comfortable. No glass to pour bottled water into, and the awful attached bottle tops mean that you can't drink from the bottle – no glass in the shower to use after tooth brushing.
But the very worst was yet to come; Saturday night in the bar area is packed with VERY loud live music with deep bass tones. My room overlooked this, this and it went on till 2 am, making sleep impossible.
The hotel should not be putting guests in this room, and it spoilt an otherwise reasonable stay.
Maybe Golf Chaps dont care !!!!!
