Skischule Sturm + Intersport Sturm的点评
点评：I couldn’t wait to say how good they are and a BIG THANK YOU to the team!
My first interaction with the team is through email enquiry on private group training. I believe the ski school director responded email by himself and he was prompt & patient who gave us a lot of helpful information.
We booked ski training & equipment with them. The way they handled rental was so professional that they ensure every piece of equipment: shoes, ski, helmet & poles are right for your size (height & weight). They patiently helped us to wear the shoes as we were newbies.
Since we spent more time on getting ourselves ready, we were running late to the private training. The staff at the academy was to kind who proactively offered us to rearrange another tutor without extra cost.
Our private tutor Thuin is another gem of this impressive company. He is indeed very patient & professional and he even accommodated our hours which is not standard to them.
Lastly, the staff at the cafe were so friendly & welcoming to everyone and they made a perfect touch after our skiing lessons.
