Good Tour, Ruined by aggressive and patronising management

点评：We had booked a Southern Adventure Buggy Tour Coral Coast Tours for three people in a 4 person buggy and we turned up on time on 4 October for our tour. The middle aged couple who seem to run/own the business, told us immediately in no uncertain terms that three adults cannnot travel in a 4 person buggy as it will overload/unbalance it.
We explained that the people concerned were aged 75 (the driver) 17 and 16. No! They insisted it states on the website that only two adults and two chidren can travel in a 4 person buggy so one of our party will have to travel with the guide in his buggy.
But we pushed back and said that we had booked a 4 person buggy and we all wanted to travel together. When we pointed out that were talking about three people who weighed 74kg, 70kg and 50kg they eventually relented and we then enjoyed a very pleasant tour with John from Cornwall as our Guide.
But a check later of the Coral Coast Tours website showed no mention of only two adults and two children in a 4 person buggy, or any other 4 person buggy limitation, except a maximum capacity of 350kg. The all up weight of our party was less that 200kg!
So all quite weird and totally unnecessary.
But the worst aspect of this whole experince was the attitude of the two persons dealing with us. They were patronising and aggressive. So a great tour but a very unpleasant experience.
