点评：I’ve been a member at Tulloch for around 15 years now, and I can honestly say I’ve never had a bad drop. Sure, there’ve been a few wines that weren’t my personal pick — but only because there were others I loved even more.
On our drive back from Brisbane to Sydney, my wife and I booked a 1pm tasting… and ended up leaving a couple of hours later, happily lingering over an incredible lineup of wines (including some real treasures from the museum collection) paired with delicious local cheeses and chutneys.
Despite it being smack in the middle of school holidays — and the day after what must’ve been a huge public holiday crowd — Dave Salmon couldn’t have been more welcoming. He guided us through Tulloch’s magnificent collection with enthusiasm, knowledge, and genuine passion, introducing us to a few gems we hadn’t tried before (or at least not in quite some time).
Tulloch perfectly blends tradition and innovation — an eclectic mix of classic varietals and fresh, modern styles, all served up in a beautiful, contemporary cellar door that still holds true to its heritage. If you appreciate great wine, whatever your budget, do yourself a favour: drop in to Tulloch and savour the experience.
