Day spoilt by shambles accessing taxis at the end .

点评：Went to Rasen Rocks yesterday , Ella Henderson and James Arthur performing after the racing.
We were in a hospitality box , plenty of good food and bar service was good. Although limited drinks on offer , if they ran out they soon replenished stocks . Good view of stage from box , Ella Henderson was great , left after her performance ,
We left early as we are in our late seventies and wanted to beat the rush at the end but didn't go to plan. We had arranged for a taxi to pick us up and directed towards an area at the back of stage where taxis would be . No access for taxis before 9.30 when gates would be open to give them entry so we arranged to get there just after this time . Getting there was problematical , you had to find you way to cross the course , walk in the dark over uneven ground , no one around to assist . Getting to the taxi area we were told gates not opened until 10.20 , despite web site clearly showing 9.30 . Other people there also having same problem and not happy ! We were let through the gate eventually and some time later our taxi was able to locate us . We were told later by other friends there that it was a total shambles later , with only one way in and out and traffic lights making a bad situation worse , some about an hour late getting home . This really needs sorting as it spoilt what was otherwise a great day.
