点评：As a foreigner travelling, DO NOT COME HERE AND WASTE YOUR MONEY.
I’m originally from India and saw Aqua Salza being highly recommended by the Salzburg Pass. I decided to go and try it out and have a day of relaxation.
While making a phone call, I enquired if they spoke English to make it easier for me to book my appointments. They immediately hung up on me when I asked if they spoke English.
When I reached there, I asked for a 4 hour sauna pass and a full body massage. They refused to let me get a massage and all they said was that they were fully booked. They charged me for the sauna pass and threw the watch key at me. I caught it and went towards the saunas. They also failed to tell me that using a towel from them would charge me 5 additional euros which at that point I didn’t care about.
The second I walked in, I realised I was the only brown person there and everyone else was staring at me weird. If I walked into a sauna just minutes after other people got in, they would immediately run out to a different sauna.
I got fed up of this and went back to the front desk. A new person was at the desk and I quickly asked if I could get the full body massage. They rolled their eyes at me and told me to wait 5 mins and then wait an additional 10.
Their full body massage was 56 euros and their masseuse only did my back and the back of my arms and legs.
A total of 96 EUROS WASTED.
If u want to be treated with incredible disrespect and be seen as an inconvenience, this is the perfect place.
