Poor experience and dirty
Pier Head Hotel Spa & Leisure Centre的点评
点评：Very disappointed. Hotel staff are lovely, very young inexperienced but so nice. Hotel room was dirty, carpet wasn’t hoovered. Dirty stains on curtains and walls. Badly in need of a deep clean and entire hotel inside needs painted. Lots of scuff marks and stains on walls in the areas that we used.
One of the pillows in bedroom had a black stain. Room was dusty. The lampshade was completely water stained. Tatty looking. Big stain on ceiling. Bathroom walls had black liquid stains down both sides. Dining room wall where we sat had stains on it.
It’s really disappointing as this hotel is in an amazing location and it could be so much better. Walls are thin and noise is easily carried into your room.
It was very noisy at night. There seemed to be either a washer or dryer going all night long. A clunking noise all night. Noisy residents slamming doors and kids running around shouting and yelling even at 2am. No sleep.
A bad wedding anniversary experience for us. I definitely wouldn’t want to return unless it had improvements and a deep clean. Hotel Feels uncared for.
