点评：We were looking for a boat trip on canal and discovered you could hire a canal boat for the whole day. We arranged to pick it up at 10am, well we are on holiday. We arrived on the selected day and we're given full instructions on how to work the boat, operate the swing bridges, safety and how to moor and how we should not overthink it and just.relax and enjoy. Boy did we enjoy.
The boat is equipped with a small stove, sink, enough plates, bowls cups and beakers to cather for the finest picnics. (Griddle and saucepans too.) There is a loo on board too.
As there were only two of us one operated the swing bridges and one sailed through. It was just as explained and reasonably easy. Once we'd done one bridge we felt confident.
This was one of the best experiences we have had and 100% recommend.
