点评：Worst meal out I’ve had in a long time dalg.
We had booked a table but it was full when we arrived. Waitress apologied that they hadn’t put a reserved sign on it but after a wait they found us another one.
Once settled we were told there was a 40 minute wait for food. It was longer. Really not ideal for anyone let alone with children. Also told no pasta at all.
It took at least 20 minutes just queuing to give our order.
Good then arrived. We had ordered pizzas and a BLT. The BLT had no lettuce or tomato. We asked about this and were told we must have asked for a bacon bap as that’s different on the menu but we checked the menu and there was no bap option on there. They didn’t offer to fix it. The bacon was hard and dry as if it hadn’t been cooked fresh and tasted burnt.
We queued at the bar for at least 20 minutes just to ask for a jug of water.
The restaurant was very noisy and chaotic. Not enjoyable at all. I felt sorry for the staff as they looked rushed off their feet.
Really disappointing that the staff acknowledged things weren’t right but didn’t actually do anything to fix it. It was meant to be a nice meal with family we haven’t we for a while but was ruined. We won’t be going back.
