Stunning, clean facilities, lots of variety, shame cafe staff are curt and unhelpful, you need at lest 4 hours here

点评：Really beautiful facilities, lovely and clean and sweet smelling, you simply cannot blame the spa for noisy, rude quests as a whole but an unpleasant female taking distasteful photos of herself entering and exiting the pool, walking up the steps in a g string and floating for shots of her body while making everyone else uncomfortable was a step too far. Very weak repose from staff who asked politely for her to stop and remarked that they had asked her multiple times. Still she was permitted to carry on despite her bad temper and rudeness to the staff and surroundings customers. This made everyone keep moving out of her way to avoid being in her shots. Message to the spa manager: Staff training is a must, we all see the signs saying no phones or Vapes however staff must be robust enough to remove people if they refuse to comply with these simple guidances. Also the experience in the café is part of the overall Spa experience, cafe staff were especially short and we felt like a nuisance to them, when you book a spa treat and spend over £300 for a day of relaxation. it is not acceptable to be treated like an irritant in the café, perhaps they were understaffed but we waited a fair amount of time for our food and there was not a smile to be seen, we felt very unwelcome. Poor bedside manner from the assistant manager. Overall the visit to the actual spa was wonderful and I will recommend it to all of my friends. I’m able to put aside the unpleasant attitude of café staff and overlook other guests poor behaviour but the spa trip would have been utterly perfect if the staff members had taken better care welcoming us as first time users of the facilities and insuring the classiness of everyone’s behaviour was upheld. The girls on the front desk were very lovely and deserve recognition for their welcoming pleasantness.
