Aqua Sana Longleat Forest的点评
点评：We did the overnight stay in November. I have been to Aqua Sana many times now and I must say that each time I feel it gets worse. The staff in the cafe, particularly the older staff (I mention this as the young girls who served us were extremely courteous and helpful), were very abrupt and often quite rude. When eating at the cafe for a meal or snack that wasn’t included in our package, we would not have even sat down yet before they told us ‘you have to pay before leaving’. There was no high quality treatment or anything to make you feel like a valued guest (considering how expensive it was)! It always feels as though you should be lucky to be there, that you can’t cause any fuss or ask anything of the staff, despite us being the paying customer? God forbid you ask for something to be removed from a dish on the lunch menu!
When paying this much you want to feel like you are being treated well and unfortunately it never quite comes across like that. For a lot of people this is a really rare treat and people should be made to feel like valued customers.
Re the spa - the different rooms are so lovely but it really is just too busy, the amount of people needs to be limited. Good luck everyone getting in a hot tub (I still never have to this day!).
Our room had dirty coffee mugs in and food residue over the floor which ended up on my white socks (this is minor but pretty gross!)
Not sure I’ll be going again - will be looking for other spas.
