Aqua Sana Longleat Forest的点评
点评：My mother and sister in laws come to this spa every year and have never had an issue until today. First of all we had to join a long queue to get in which cut into our spa time. The spa was way over capacity which we noticed as soon as we walked in. We couldn’t access most of the rooms as they were generally always full. There was any room at the pool whenever we’d go to check. It was generally quite dirty. There was a lady mopping but there were black hairs being pushed around near our feet. The spa was very loud, which doesn’t bother me too much but they’re normally really strict with that sort of thing. We went to get lunch in the spa cafe to then be told it was fully booked until 2pm (this was 12pm) however there were loads of spare tables. If we had known that we would have had to book we would have understood. They did let us share a table with someone so we could have a coffee and the whole time we had our coffee there were still about 20 tables free for this duration. I thought the cafe staff were generally quite rude and stand offish. The shower dispensers were broken and on the floor. When we went to complain at the end, the lady was sweet but said there was nothing she could do, just to write on here! She said there was nothing manager said there was nothing they could do. Would have been nice if the manager showed their face to apologise! All in all a terrible waste of money and we won’t be coming back again.
