Aqua Sana Forest Spa, Longleat Forest的点评
点评：The Spa itself was a lovely experience, with multiple steam rooms and sauna options.
However the experience we had at the VITALE cafe bar was terrible. The service and willingness to help was significantly low. We were greeted in a rude manner by one server having not known that a booking was required to have a drink or order any food who then seemed reluctant to offer us a later time that was available.
The food was the most disappointing part as a side salad that had come with one of the lasagnes was black and had clear mould growth at the ends. After pointing this out there was no apology from the server who seemed confused and assured us the salads were made fresh each day. The part of the salad with mould was then taken away and the server never returned to acknowledge or speak to us about it. Clearly the salads were not fresh and no responsibility taken. Instead we revived minimal service having to ask 15 minutes after we received cakes for cutlery that we were told would be brought shortly after.
Incredibly disappointing and would never recommend the cafe as food with mould growth served to a guest shows clear lack of hygiene and care for food preparation.
