点评:I have shopped at Wilson Farm for over 40 years because I love the quality of their meats and fresh produce. Unfortunately, I will not return after my recent experience. Thanksgiving dinner I happily spent six hours cooking and preparing dinner for my family only to find that when it came time to carve the fresh turkey I purchased, it had no meat. Literally just crispy skin and all bone. This was a 16 pound turkey. On a side note, the produce part of the meal (salad, roasted veggies, squash and gravy) was delicious. I spoke with the front store manager the following day who was very polite and gracious. He offered me a store credit which was the appropriate response. Then the meat manager came over who was not so gracious and his tone was sarcastic. I'm not sure what he was insinuating, however, I am not that customer who goes to a restaurant, orders a $60.00 meal, eats it and tells the waiter it wasn't good expecting them to take the meal off my bill. I was so disappointed with his lack of customer service, I left without the store credit in hopes that he may receive some customer service training. I will be shopping elsewhere from now on which is equally disappointing. One bad experience was enough for me. Attached you will find pictures of what was under the skin.
