点评:The entrance is to a ticket desk in darkness, with a glass screen reflecting the sunlight so you cannot see who you are trying to speak to. Quite unfriendly lady (I think) takes your 10 euros but you do not even get a plan or route to follow around the home.
Staff around the home, are unfriendly, just stand talking to each other, ignoring visitors totally, you have to interrupt their chatter to ask which way to go, no pointers or arrows, so you don’t miss rooms, if the staff are volunteers that would be bad enough, but if they are paid, they need to be trained or replaced.
Nowhere to get a drink or coffee, would have bought postcards etc. but could find no shop.
Came across by accident a video showing, with a crowd watching, a few plastic seats mean you have to wait for someone to leave before any chance to get a seat, only to find after over an hour to see up to where you came in that, with talking, reflections on the screen, English subtitles, often so fast you cannot watch the pictures while trying to read the subtitles, very disappointing. A darker area with seating, clearly marked, and a time for the start of the video, also the run time would help.
I loved Cesar's home, but the foundation need to do a secret visitor to see the issues for visitors and how poor the staff are.
Unsure this will pull in visitors unless changes are made, which is a great shame and certainly does not live up to Cesar's ability to provide quality, well planned locations for visitors.
