Elegant, Healthy, and Peaceful Dinner Delight

点评：I recommend Random Art Cafe for a peaceful, elegant, healthy gourmet meal.
There are a lot of places to eat in Bocas, but during my ten-day stay in town, I ate at Random Art Cafe three times. The food was individually prepared with fresh local ingredients and served in a peaceful garden setting in the town center. The menu has vegetarian options, and the Friday four-course dinner was an elegant, well-crafted delight. And what a bargain! There are few places where a perfectly executed gourmet experience is only thirty-five US dollars.
For lunch, I had a fresh salad with perfectly cooked chicken and a pineapple smoothy. I always hope to find something tasty and healthy while traveling, and I like a lunch with no guilt.
The Friday four-course fixed-price meal included: an appetizer, a salad or soup, an entrée of fish or meat, and a beautifully decadent chocolate dessert.
Each course was well-timed, fresh, and perfectly executed. The fish was firm and flaky, wrapped in parchment paper with lemon and wine. The seafood bisque was creamy smooth with recognizable hunks of tender fish, and the chocolate desert was rich and elegant—a perfect finish. There was plenty of food. Afterward, I was full, but I wished I had more.
