Terrible service and complete disregard for customers!
Air Mauritius Helicopter Tours的点评
点评：I booked a helicopter flight for two people and paid in advance. Some minutes before the flight, as we were already at the airport the company canceled it on their own initiative — allegedly due to weather conditions (even though the sky was clear). Fine, things happen. We were confirmed for the other flight a couple days later. But same thing happened. And in both cases we paid for the taxi rides a lot of money.
It’s been over two months, and I still haven’t received a refund. I’ve sent emails — at the beginning I received only short responses, that they will take care about our refund and as I asked for more details I got no response and after that my emails were ignored. I’ve called — at best, they say they’ll “look into it,” at worst, they just don’t answer. It honestly feels like the company is just holding on to customers’ money on purpose. No refund, no clear timeline, no responsible point of contact.
I strongly do not recommend this company. Utter unprofessionalism and careless attitude. If you don’t want to lose your money — stay far away from this business.
