Good experience at Demarest Farm's Orchard of Lights.
Tickets are $35 per vehicle. I think the price is slightly higher than it should be...but I wouldn't consider it unreasonable as you are paying per vehicle and NOT per person. So it would be a much better value to visit with a vehicle of 5 people as opposed to going solo.
Arrived at around 4:50 for our 5pm timed Saturday entry. Upon entering the farm's parking lot, you are directed to the left where you join lines of cars. The lines are then instructed to proceed across Weirimus Road toward the orchards where the drive-through show takes place. This process was surprisingly efficient...once the first row started to go in, it wasn't longer than 8 or minutes until we (in the 4th row) started to go.
You drive through the orchards and various light displays. The drive is about 25-30 minutes. The drive pace is slow, understandably as visitors take their time to observe, photograph and video the various displays. Some light displays are more elaborate than others...there are also a view archs throughout the drive.
You complete the drive through and exit back onto Weirimus Road where you can leave the area, or return back to the Marketplace. There are lots of items for sale there, including the fan-favorite apple cider donuts.
Per staff's recemmendation, you have the option of tuning your radio station to 107.9 where you can enjoy some holiday music during your drive through.
Efficient staff is stationed throughout the drive through to direct cars.
We spent about an hour total there.
