WOW every photo was like a postcard. Stunning place.

点评：We went on a Saturday on a hot day in May . We arrived at 10.00am and the place was packed we cars. All the car packs were full and it took us 15 minutes in a que to be directed to an overflow paddock car park. Although it was very busy the guys directing the cars were very efficient. Remember to bring cash for parking. It cost 5 CHF . We had no CHF so the lady said we had to pay 6 euro. I think no cash you would have had to turn around and leave.
From this car park you can catch the lift up to the cliff walk and restaurant. We decided to do the seeappsee lake walk. You can walk to the hotel and the walk starts there.
The walk to the lake is all uphill - 50 minutes of a steep walk . I found this hard as a hot day. Be prepared take lots of water no real shade. It is not an easy walk as the apps suggest. The pathway is wide and flat cement and gravel. Once at the lake the views are postcard quality. What a beautiful place . The cows are walking past you with their bells. This was one of the highlights of my visit to the area around the lake. Snow was still on some peaks and the place was stunning. Just WOW. Returning to our car the walk was downhill.
We ate at the restaurant for lunch . There are two places to eat and the food was great. You can walk around the lake . We noticed lots of groups swimming and cooking food and having picnics. I think if you visited during the week it may be quieter.
I would love to visit this area again and stay at the hotel and do other walks around the area.
