点评：We browsed a few wineries which were recommended by our host before settling on Estate Argyros. Accessible by public bus, we were amazed by how modern and executive this recently renovated site felt. The indoor bar was suitably air conditioned while the outdoor seating was covered by canopies so that guests could enjoy their wine in the shade.
Our host Chris was knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the history of not just the estate but all of Santorini's vineyards. We opted for the six-wine wine tasting experience. Each wine was paired with a food selection with vegetarian options available. Chris did not rush the experience or pressure us to buy any bottles afterwards, so the whole experience felt slow-paced and relaxed.
After spending the entire afternoon sat outside drinking wine, we left the winery with lots of lovely photos, knowledge of Santorinian wine, and plenty of memories of this pleasant experience. We would recommend Estate Argyros to anyone visiting Santorini.
