Servet Turkish Delight Shop的点评
点评：I was in Fethiye last week and my tour guide suggested this business to me. I went to purchase Lokum so I could bring home as gifts for family and friends. While the Lokum is delicious, the service I rec'd was less than stellar. Salesperson gave me the distinct impression that I was wasting her time and so I felt rushed to purchase. I ended up purchasing the lokum that is rolled. I mentioned to her I was taking this home and it had to withstand hours of travel. She understood but didn't offer any special packaging so when i got it home, the rolls were all stuck together and not appealing as the gift I intended it to be. Also I did not like that fact that the fancy and heavy box was part of the weight of the product. I ended up purchasing a kilo and didn't like the fact that the box was included in the weight. Great product. Terrible service.
翻译：上周我在费特希耶，导游向我推荐了这家店。我去那里购买洛库姆，打算带回家作为礼物送给家人和朋友。虽然洛库姆确实很好吃，但服务却不尽如人意。店员给我的感觉就是我在浪费她的时间，因此我显得有些仓促地完成了购买。最后我买了那种卷起来的洛库姆。我特意告诉她我要把这些带回家，它们必须能经受住数小时的运输过程才行。她明白我的需求，但并没有提供任何特殊的包装。因此当我把商品带回家后，那些卷状物全都粘在一起，完全达不到我期望的送礼效果。另外，我不喜欢那个精致又笨重的包装盒也被算进产品重量里这一点。最后我买了一公斤，可还是不满意包装盒被计入总重量这一情况。产品倒是不错，服务却糟糕透顶。
