点评：Initially I would have said great review as accommodated my friend's allergies very well but in terms of spa my treatment was a facial and I had given plenty of notice regarding being early pregnant and so appreciate that required adaptations for my 50 minute facial. However, my facial was cut 10 minutes shorter than intended. This was added to the fact that I could hear another spa goer who had the same facial and got the full time.
This was an expensive spa day especially being a weekend so I think it's not acceptable the time that was cut short for the treatment. I was assured by the manager it would be looked into but time has passed and there's been no replies to the emails sent since. I am really disappointed as my understanding was that the Hilton had a very good reputation and it has resulted in my being totally put off using them for a future spa day/experience.
