Not a happy customer 😓
Ordered my dress in January 2021 paid a deposit, went back in November for a measure up and to final size and paid more money, everything for it to be apparently send overseas to be made.
Two birds bridal always assured me that my dress will arrive 4 WEEKS before my wedding date which should have arrived by the 22nd September 2022, after calling every week from July, August and September 2022 and even visited the store face to face on the 16th September to which they could not give me a date or when the wedding dress was arriving.
On the Friday 30th September I contacted them again as they would never call me back I was always chasing and following up with them even when they said they will call me back they never did.
I gave them an ultimatum if I do not have a call from you by the Wednesday 5th October as to where my dress is as it’s only now 1.5 weeks away my wedding I will cancel and want my money back.
Again on the Wednesday I had to chase this up so called at 3pm to which I still had no answered until they called me back at 5pm saying they have the dress.
Made appointment on the Friday 15th October as this was my next available day off from work to arrive and it was the wrong dress?? Who could present a wedding dress like this to a person. It was wrong and they said it took 9 months to make this?? Like really poor workmanship.
So now a couple of days out from my wedding and I won’t be able to come back and try it on and have to rely on my sister to pick it up and I have no faith or trust that it’s even going to look good as I’m so disappointed and disgusted in the service and what they presented to me.
It’s suppose to be a happy day and a wedding dress is very personal and you want to feel happy
