Its not good for youth depending on the speaker, other than that good.
Port Macquarie Observatory的点评
点评:As a certified child aged 13 I believe that it truly depends on the volunteer there that night, all members are very passionate but tend to display it differently. Our speaker/presenter was very informational and asked only the kids difficult questions but the kids were all in year 3-5 so it was a quiet night then after waiting would say the answer. A major problem was the fact that he overloaded youth with tons of math that is cumbersome to younger children. Although the man working the telescope was talented finding planets fast and knowing tons about the solar system, he was insanely talented. You saw Jupiter, Saturn all of it learnt about times planets went down in the talks, you would learn lots of information but the main downside is it can get very confusing if you don't think your kid could read 12x10 to the power of 6 is a common thing. so be weary but presenter does matter! so its not 100% required.
