Castle Inn Bletchley Bar的点评
点评：We booked two rooms for one night as it was only a few miles from an event we were attending. We booked online which was quick and easy. We couldn't check in until 5pm (but that wasn't a problem as the event wasn't something we needed to get ready for ie; wedding.) We checked in (Plenty of parking, at the exit you can turn right, entrance is a duel carriage way) and went to the restaurant for dinner, which was lovely. Poppy was very friendly and attentive the whole time. We didn't throughly check our room so we didn't notice that wasn't any milk or coffee until we got back late at night. There was only a number for an overnight emergency (Being British and not having milk to make tea is shocking! 😂 but didn'twarrant a call!) My room was fine but the other room's shower head was taped to the rail and only trickled when warm/hot and made a loud, creaking noise. The tv reception was terrible although my room next door worked. In the morning we managed to find a member of staff to ask for coffee sachets and milk. Some time later, a different member of staff brought up coffees and milk. When we went to check out, nothing was open and there were no instructions on what to do with the keys and we had to make other arrangements for breakfast. The beds were comfortable and although it's near a main road, it didn't disturb us and I'm a light sleeper. Overall it was a comfortable stay but it was a shame about the shower and the lack of milk/coffee situation especially for the money we paid.
