点评：My husband and I made the drive to Jim Wild's Oyster Service today (14th June 2026) despite the rainy weather, and we can confidently say it was absolutely worth it.
The oysters were simply outstanding. We ordered a dozen premium oysters, and they were heavenly—exceptionally fresh, creamy, and packed with flavour. We also enjoyed the scallops cooked in butter, garlic, and herbs, which were perfectly prepared and incredibly delicious. In addition, we sampled the Kilpatrick oysters, cheese and garlic oysters, and garlic and butter oysters. Every dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavour.
What made our visit even more special was the warm hospitality. We were greeted by Sally, Jim Wild's daughter and a proud second-generation member of the family business. She took the time to show us around the property and share insights into her family's oyster farm, which added a wonderful personal touch to the experience.
This family-run business is passionate about producing exceptional oysters and providing genuine country hospitality. The combination of incredible seafood and friendly service made for a memorable experience. We highly recommend Jim Wild's Oyster Service to anyone looking for some of the freshest and most delicious oysters you'll ever taste.
