点评：There was no clear guidance as to the opening times on the net, but on Monday 21st, it was open.
We walked to the entrance at around 11am, and a forestry Commission worker spoke to us, rang the guide, and was told we could have a tour at 2pm. He also opened up the gates, but was not happy for us to walk round.
We went back at 1.50 and no-one was around. A message on the door said the guide was doing another your and would be back in 5 minutes. At 2.35, we finally got hold of someone via the phone number at the attraction and he said it was not open. So why were we told it was and why did they accept our booking for a guided tour at 2pm. The note on the door was a blatant lie.
Awful customer service, in fact no customer service at all. Go at your own risk.
