On August 4th at 16:58, the staff allowed us to enter the canyon right before closing, without providing safety instructions or warning us about zero mobile reception inside.
After climbing through the metal ladders, we reached steep, slippery stone steps carved into the cliff side. With no safety gear and feeling unsafe, we decided to turn back. When we reached the entrance, the gate was LOCKED WITH A PADLOCK. The staff had completely abandoned the site without checking the route, trapping us inside!
With absolute zero mobile signal — emergency calls (911/112) failed to go through — and no staff around, we were forced to risk our lives climbing over the locked gate structure above a drop to escape. This is extreme criminal negligence and a direct threat to human life. Absolutely unacceptable!
