Not like it use to be years ago.
Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park的点评
点评：No Saturday check ins. Your required to pay for Friday even tho you not arriving untill Saturday, ontop of a 30.00 resort fee each night. Golf carts are 100 -150 a day with a 2 day minimum required to rent. Over 50% of Activities for the kids are another additional fee. The free Activities are a picture to put stickers on or coloring a picture. The fun events like making a craft, tie dye shirts, bingo ect are all an additional cost. The staff in charge of the events arent involved with the kids, they just take your money, give parents the supplies and disappear. The pool was the only place I didn't need to pay extra for but they close the pool at 7pm . Not sure why since no staff was present there either. Never seen the bear but you could book a camp visit for an additional fee.
Our cabin was dirty, we had to leave our shoes on or feet would be black, there cooking pan had dry crusty eggs on it, bathroom window was broken, a child's toy was left on a bunk from last guest, so beds not cleaned either, TV remote broken, outside cabin was overgrown grass and no picnic table,
Very disappointed that kids events like water Ballon fight had no staffs involvement, direction or safety. A bucket of water with pom poms were sat on the patio by staff and they walked away leaving 20 kids going wild, hurting each other, falling , crying, ect.
A tie dye shirt 35.00 with no staff assisting, I asked to buy a water and was told they closed the register,
The pool was closed due to a storm, i requested a refund of 30.00 for lazor tag because of the lighting but told no it was still.open. So pool closed but its was ok to run around woods. ??
Our family checked out a day early and will never return . They have really gone down hill.

一件扎染衬衫要35美元，没有工作人员帮忙。我要求买水，却被告知他们关闭了收银台。
游泳池因暴风雨关闭了，我要求退还30美元的激光笔费用，因为灯光问题，但被告知没有，游泳池仍然开放。所以游泳池关闭了，但在树林里跑来跑去是可以的。??
我们一家提前一天退房，再也不会回来了。他们确实走下坡路了。
