德雷顿庄园公园的点评
点评：We came on the 26 December 2024. Wanted my boy who is 5 to see Thomas land. First time going. When I went to show my tickets on my phone. The lady stuff member was rude to me. Keep saying I needed to show all 5 tickets. We paid one ticket for a family of 4 and 1 individual. another Lovely stuff help me to realised I didn't download all tickets and she was able to let us in. Love the fake snow and the people singing on the balcony. The rides we went on was ok. One ride with car that goes round on top. We had to wait 45 mins in a queue for a 5 minute ride. My partner went to the cafe next to the cars rides. 20 minute to wait for hot drinks. Stuff were busy doing food by order only and if the order had drinks then with the food. Then stuff would then do the drinks. We had to ask for our hot drinks and stuff were rude and didn't know how to handle customers seeing it was busy. After that we went on a few more rides. We decided as a family. That because we could only see one cafe open.the price of food. £10 just for a sample burger 🍔 and it was cold due to weather. Stuff was not helpful. Stuff that was there, didn't some they want to be there. The hot chocolate factory and marshmallows on the pit was extra. So we didn't do that. So we came home and had something to eat locally. 🤨🤔😐. We know that the weather can be cold at this time of the year but there was basically nowhere for us to have something to eat and warm up halfway through and continue with the rest of the rides that were available to us. If the shops and cafes were open. Plus stuff were happy your there and help in any way. Then this place would be definitely one I would say is great for kids. For what we did do, our boy was happy that he went on some rides. but was really cold leaveing and wanting food. this is my feedback. 🤨🤔😐.
