点评：I was really disappointed with a recent visit to Drayton Manor. They were running a summer offer that included a free return visit but what I didn’t realise was that by using an Emergency Services discount code, I automatically became ineligible for the return ticket. Naturally, most people would choose the tickets instead of the discount since it worked out at just £4.83 for three tickets.
When I contacted Drayton Manor, I suggested they make this restriction clearer for customers. Unfortunately, their response was not only unhelpful but also quite insulting. They offered me 25% off three tickets — hardly fair when I should have either received the return visit for free or paid a maximum of £4.83 in the first place.
What was most frustrating was their lack of acknowledgment that the website needs to be clearer for Emergency Services staff and other customers. Instead, they expect people to sift through the fine print, which leaves others vulnerable to making the same mistake.
It’s really disappointing that Drayton Manor chooses to treat customers this way. What could have been a positive experience has left me feeling misled and let down.
