点评：Extremely Disappointing Experience – Denied Entry 2 Minutes Late with No Warning
We had tickets for the Summer Music Night at Epsom Downs on 17th July 2025 (8 of us in total), and were refused entry just two minutes late — arriving at 20:22. Nowhere on the tickets did it state that the last entry was 20:20. In fact, even some of the staff admitted they thought last entry was 20:40.
To make matters worse, security staff were laughing at and mocking people who were upset, including elderly guests who were left outside in tears while their families were inside. We weren’t the only ones either — lots of others were turned away at the same time due to this unclear and poorly managed situation.
We were left feeling completely disrespected and let down. No signs, no clear communication, and rude, unprofessional staff. For such a well-known venue, this was a shocking experience. We’ve requested a refund — but wanted to share this so others can be aware.
Would not recommend.
