点评:GW Gyro & Wings very rude, threatened by owner that he gets off work at 8 o’clock wanted to take me outside for asking for a refund
Being very hungry and traveling with the family we were looking for a place to get a quick bite to eat. Charley’s popped up in the GPS & off we went to the mall. The kids wanted Chick-Fil-A so it worked out. Feeling adventurous I figured, “Hey, what’s this place Here; let me check it out ”! As I waited and approached the counter, I let the gentleman know it’s my first time. And I’m looking for something good. Does he have any suggestions?
Abruptly he begin to say order whatever you want..try the sample wrap. I told him I’m really interested in the Philly Cheesesteak & I’d like to order One with the five wing deal, fries & a Smoothie. Impatiently he retorted, you get whatever you get. I asked him if the meat was fresh? He shouted if you want ribeye you gotta go somewhere else… Giving him the benefit of the doubt; I resigned from responding to his rude Behavior. When I got the sandwich I opened it which to my surprise was smashed together & the bread was soggier than 1 day old cereal. Without making a big ordeal. I decided to ask for a refund….. Wrong thing to do. The gentleman begin telling me how his food is good & if I don’t like it download the app and request a refund. I said Sir, I never touched any of the items and you mean to tell me you can accept a refund? I ended up paying $21 dollars and change and he shoved $12.00 at me.. I told him Sir, this isn’t professional the way you’re acting. And when you have a business this isn’t the way you treat customers….
Uh oh another mistake I guess?? He told me how he’d been in business for over 30 years and when I get a business come talk to him about running a business. I said Sir, if you’re the owner shame on you. You never know who’s standing in front of you or who you’re working with. I let him know I’m a military man & I’m part of the reason you get to have the freedoms you have. Once I read the company Bio and what they “stand for” it’s completely opposite of the way he treated me. Especially in front of his employees he’s suppose to lead. Then he proceeded to curse and swear at me telling me I was the biggest A- - Hole he’s ever met. Which I told him never once did I raise my voice at you. And now you’re raising up like popcorn. He told me how he gets off at 8 o’clock if I want to come see him & better yet come outside with me right now. I got something for you.
Threatening me in front of my family. At this juncture I told this gentleman hey Sir, why are you threatening me & talking about taking me outside what about Mark Kaplan and Bob Solomon apparently the President and CEO Of the Company? Call them, get ahold of them. They don’t mean anything to me… So basically no service and also take my money and not give me the right change? Very well I told him, you have a bad attitude. By this time he had an employee come over and let her know to call Security. Which I think was a wonderful idea after this “Business Owner” rents a spot in the busiest mall and to him he could careless about the rudeness and improper actions and behavior. Walking away I ended up going to Charley’s and the atmosphere was night and day. I mean the owners were laughing and dancing trying to bring out smiles in the customers. And there’s A reason why the line there was wrapped around the food court. If a individual don’t want to take care of customers in food service.
They need to get out, not only the threats this gentleman spake we’re unacceptable, but the attitude in which he was emphatically suggesting he had something waiting for me as soon as I was found outside of the public view. This is a serious problem that needs to be taken care of. I actually was calm, cool and collective considering the aggressive, tenacious attitude of which I was neglectfully mistreated.
