点评：We did a 7 day motorcycle trip through the Italian and French Alps. The views were better than anything I could have imagined. Moto-Plaisir planned the trip to include the motorcycles, lodging, meals, gear and trip routes. Having the trips pre-planned was wonderful and knowing we had the hotels already reserved made showing up into each city less stressful. A few issues we'd like to point out to Moto-Plaisir are with the TomTom GPS systems, hotel reservations and the intercom systems. We got lost several times as the blue line showing us where to go would be either show us two routes going in completely opposite directions or it would u-turn us an hour into the route it directed us to go initially so we ended up arriving to the hotels later than we had expected and not getting to enjoy all of the amenities the hotels offered. The second issue were two of the hotels. They were beautiful hotels in fabulous locations but we had problems checking and checking out as they were either not able to find our reservations because it was under the name Hedonist not our names (which we didn't know) or they didn't show the rooms and meals were already pre-paid for so checking out became a bit of a battle with the front desk staff. Lastly, it shouldn't have taken us an hour to set up the intercoms. This should have been already tested and set up prior to our arrival. I understand, with a big trip like this, not everything will go smoothly but these are just little hiccups that maybe can save others the hassle we went through. Overall, it was AMAZING and I highly recommend. Moto-Plaisir did a fantastic job and we would recommend them to anyone considering this type of trip.
