点评：For those willing to embark on a short fantasy with some Christmas cheer, you’ll find the Santa Train to be a nice experience. You’ll appreciate the quaint and historic nature of the train as the slow moving rustic scenery gives way to an industrial park. You’ll “ohhh and ahh” at Santa waving and greeting you on the back platform of “The Santa Train” on a neighboring track as your train pulls up. You’ll keep your spirits up as you alight one train for a quick photo op with the Santa Train as you wait to hop on for your turn to see the Jolly Old Elf. You’ll the joke and kid about Santa being in his “traveling suit” as you unwrap both magical Santa Keys given to you by Santa as you take your seats. Then as you start your return journey, you’ll sip a perfectly kid sized hot chocolate and you’ll sing along as the train becomes a Christmas Karaoke party.
For those more akin to Scrooge, the Grinch before his change of heart, or are expecting a Disney level theatrical experience, you may struggle. Try to keep your, “the music is too loud”, “this train is slow”, “bathrobe” and “oh gee this isn’t Starbucks” comments to yourself. Smile and make the trip magical for those who still believe.
In all seriousness, we had a great time and are glad we were able to get tickets.
