Views into the Gorge are fantastic

点评：We walked the Gorge from Kipi (Where we first took a taxi to Vradheto and descended 765m down the path. They are called steps but not your normal steps, a stoney path that switches back and forth all the way down. Not an easy walk but we did it) then we walked through the Gorge. Expecting views but most of it is along forest paths so you just see trees. There are a couple of places where you can drop to the riverbed for a couple of photos. And one place the path does go along the riverbed, over big boulders and pulling yourself up by ropes. (we are in our 70's and reasonably fit so the hike is do-able)
However, we both said that the best part was from Vikos onwards where the views are amazing and into Melano Papingo. We stayed at Saxonis Houses, definitely recommended.
