点评：We did not know what to expect on this tour as we have never travelled this way before.
It surpassed our expectations! Our tour guide Rosella was a HUGE reason for this!
She was knowledgeable, kind, and fun.
Rosella truly cares about the people in her group, and that shines through in everything she does! Even when some in our group came upon overwhelming obstacles, Rosella kept calm and helped them handle the issue with the utmost patience, caring and professionalism. She is truly an asset to this company!
We were able to see not only the big attractions, but also many little gems along our way! Rosella had small antidotes and life experiences that she shared all along the way.
When our wait time for the blue grotto was 3 hours, she arranged for us to take a boat ride around the island of Capri, showing us many other beautiful sights, so that not one of us in the group regrets not seeing the grotto.
Luigi our driver was exceptional at manoeuvring through the tough busy streets as well as the small narrow hills. He always engaged with our group and met everyone with a smile.
We feel like we were able to see and experience some of the true smaller gems Italy has to offer that we may have missed out on if it had been any one other than Rosella. She is truly cut out for this job and is such an amazing, lovely, outgoing person.
We were able to experience Italy at its best!
