Peaceful riverside overnight stop 🌳
Terramungamine Reserve and Rock Grooves的点评
点评：We pulled into Terramungamine Reserve just outside Dubbo around 3:30pm yesterday and managed to grab a great little spot right by the river. 🌳 It’s a really lovely setting with big trees along the water and heaps of beautiful birds around.
I ended up wandering down and sitting by the river on a huge old tree for a while, which was just perfect after a day on the road 🫶🏼
The toilets were clean and in good working order, and the bins looked like they’d just been emptied, which is always nice to see. It wasn’t dusty at all either, which surprised us a bit considering how windy the night turned out to be!
We arrived on a Sunday afternoon and there were a few permanent setups there, but everyone seemed friendly enough when I walked past and said hello.
Overall it’s been very quiet and a really nice spot to pull up for the night.
Overnight camping is allowed here with a 24-hour stay, and there are toilets, wood BBQs and picnic tables as well. Definitely one we’d stop at again.
