A Relaxing Spa Experience with Great Treatments but Room for Improvement

点评：I visited Bellis Spa in Langkawi and was immediately impressed by its calming ambience. The space looked beautiful, with a serene atmosphere that helped set the tone for a relaxing experience. I chose one of their signature packages, which included a foot massage, a full body massage and a body scrub. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the whole process began with a sweet tea and a foot soak, which really helped ease me into the experience. The massage and scrub themselves were excellent. The therapist did a fantastic job working out muscle tension and knots, leaving me feeling lighter and genuinely relaxed.
There were, however, a few elements that could be improved. The spa only had one toilet and it was located inside the staff room, which made it a bit uncomfortable to walk through. After showering, I had to get ready in the same room where the massage took place, and there wasn’t a proper space to freshen up or even a mirror to use. I was also surprised that there were no body lotions, shampoos or other basic toiletries available after the treatment, as I would normally expect these to be provided in a spa setting.
Despite these drawbacks, the quality of the massage and the overall atmosphere were lovely. With a few adjustments to the facilities, Bellis Spa could offer an even better experience.
