冈仁波齐峰的点评
点评：We were a group of 30 mixed people. We visited Lhasa, Everest Base camp. From there we reached Darchen via Saga. It took two days. Its a gateway town to Koilash. Hotels, restaurants and shopping malls are available. People do last minute preparatory shopping here. From here one can see the tip of Koilash. There are three ways of travelling to the auspicious mountain. By trekking, by horse or by car. Since it was festival time. Car was not permitted. If one desires to hire horse he / she needs to hire it for three days costing 600 usd. From hotel we came to starting point Yamadwuar. Darcen to Koilash is 13 km. Altitude of Darchen is 4500 m and altitude of Koilash is 5200m. The road is good and gradual. There is a tea house at half distance. The surrounding is absolutely dry and rockey. There is not a single tree or sign of greeneries. We started at 9 am and around 1 pm reached tea house at half distance. Took rest for a while and then started moving. Now breathing became hard. Every 5 minutes I needed to stop and take rest. Koilash is becoming visible more. Tibetan people seen cercumbulating. It means they prostrate on the ground, mark the head position then get up. Take two steps upto the head mark and prostrate. Total distance of circumulation is 53 km and it takes about two months to complete it. I reached the dormitory around 4 pm. This is the only accomodation here. Other one is a monastery. In the room 7/8 people are accomodated in a room. There is a resturant. You can eat there. But there is no toilet in the building. For that one needs to walk 10 minutes. There is seating place inbthe dorm where 50 / 70 people can seat. There is a arrangement of oxygen booth. People are lining up to take oxygen. It was a full moon night. Mount Koilas was seen with its full glory.
Most beautiful scene is seen during sunrise. Whole mount Koilash is colored with golden hue. I offered puja with some of my friends and return to Darchen.

日出时分景色最为迷人，整座科伊拉什山都被染成了金色。我和几个朋友一起做了法会，然后返回塔尔钦。
