Top experience - great customer service.

点评：I booked three days diving and made six dives. I was very sick on the first day due to weather conditions. Staff did everything to make me as comfortable as possible and were attentive to my every need for the next two days. They made sure I was first into the water and exited quickly, bearing in mind that this is when I had been sick the previous days. Although not sure I think my staying on after a first bad day probably influenced the sites we visited subsequently.
After a bad first day then I had two great days diving. Hats off to Sara, Hugo and the other staff for making this memorable. An extra thanks to Hugo for taking excellent underwater photos and transferring them onto my phone immediately after we landed. Other diving centres would have charged for this so once again great service.
The equipment was of a high standard and was not expensive to hire.
I can honestly say that I was very well looked after and would totally recommend this centre for boat diving. If you want shore dives Focusnatura can arrange for you to go to another centre further west to do this. We had two visitors who had done shore dives in another centre and wanted a boat dive so the centres can liaise with each other to provide you with options.
From a diving perspective there is plenty to see underwater around Santa Cruz so whilst not the Red Sea it has plenty variety and well worth at least three days diving.
