WOW magnificent castle!
Bouzov Castle的点评
点评：WOW! What a magnificent castle, impressive exterior & splendid interior too! I visited as a day-trip from Olomouc by local buses -- bus 302 at Olomouc main train station, connect to bus 303 at "Litovel, Palackeho", get off at last stop "Bouzov, nam. Under 10 min walk to castle. Reverse the buses on the return trip, under 2 hr each way with scenic view.
The castle interior can only be visited on guided tour in CZ in small group, I was provided with a English brochure with good description of every room. All the rooms are splendid & well-furnished. Of the dozens of European castles from the same historic period I had already visited, Hrad Bouzov would rank in the top 3 without any doubt. Mobility-limited visitor should come prepared for stairs. Sit-down meal/beverage/WC available on castle grounds.
