点评：There was zero clarity throughout the day, we rarely knew what was happening and when. There wasnt enough kit for everyone so we started late, plus two tall members of the group didn't have boiler suits because they didn't fit - the staff laughed at this?! When asking for things (helmets, belts, etc) it was as if it was every staff members first day, none of them knew anything nor appeared to care. The fridges for snacks weren't on, so it was a choice of warm cans to drink or melted chocolate bars. We waited for a long time before having a quick safety briefing from the only staff member who seemed to have woken up that day. But there was still no instruction as to when we need to get suited up and head into the playing zone. We eventually went in by simply following the crowd, and when arriving we heard a staff member mutter 'why do they take so long to come in?' - this was rather infuriating as not once had we been instructed to walk in. This happened every single time we went into the playing zone to start a game, we were just guessing or following a crowd. There was zero personality to any of the staff and when explaining the games it was as if they couldn't care less. They all seemed grumpy and annoyed that they had to be there. There was no enthusiasm and no advice or tactics suggested. The games would start and stop by one staff member shouting, this meant that there was confusion from the off because we couldn't properly hear him. And the end of games were even more confusing and led to people getting shot even after the game had ended. It was never announced who had won... We just confusedly walked back to the picnic benches. There was always a 'one shot and out' rule which meant some people barely played for long at all - respawn or medics would be so much more fun, and then you'd be more daring etc..
It was so disappointing. I didn't realise it was possible to take the fun out of paintball, but this place managed it.
